Shipping information

GRIPTINITE™ ships worldwide from Australia and uses Australia Post as our preferred carrier.

Shipping options available via the checkout are Standard Post, Registered Post or Express Post.

Standard and Registered Post may take up to 14 business days for delivery, where as Express Post may take 3-5 business days. These timeframes may differ for international orders.

Please keep in mind that while efforts are made to dispatch your order within 24-48 hours of payment being made, once the items have been shipped they are in the hands of Australia Post and will determine the length of time for delivery.

If a purchase was made on either a Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday, shipping will commence on the following Monday.

Once dispatched via Australia post you will receive your tracking number which you can look online via Australia post website (auspost.com.au) to see where your delivery is at currently.

If for some reason when looking at the tracking you see that it is delivered and you have not received it please call Australia Post on 13 76 78 and raise a case. As it says delivered we cannot raise a case only you can. If for some reason it still says “in transit” Please contact us and we will raise a case with Australia post for you. Please note when raising a case it takes Australia Post 10 business Days to investigate.

COVID-19 Delays

We use Australia Post to deliver GRIPTINITE™directly to you, however, due to the ongoing pandemic all deliveries are currently delayed.

If you are located outside of Australia: due to the cancellation of many international flights and the enforcement of country-specific restrictions, not all countries are accepting deliveries by Australia Post.

Before you purchase GRIPTINITE™, please visit auspost.com.au/sending to check we are able to deliver to your country.

Dispatch and shipping

How orders are freight rates are based on the weight, size and destination. Calculate the cost of shipping by adding the items you would like to your cart, and then select the shipping estimator to view the cost.

All shipping rates are based on the weight and destination of your order. GRIPTINITE™ dispatch and ship wholesale orders within 2 -3 business days for domestic orders and normally arrive within 7 days of dispatch. International orders are processed in 2 to 3 business days after cleared funds. International orders normally arrive within 7 days of dispatch. These times are based on arrival, not to include any time customs may take to clear items. Delivery time frame is subject to Customs clearance on arrival in your country. Delivery time frame outside of main cities may be longer. Orders dispatch Days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Order processing does not include weekends or public holidays E.g. Orders received over weekends, processing order will start on the following Monday.

Checking tracking of delivery

Upon order dispatch you will be sent an email automatically with your tracking number. To track your order, visit auspost.com.au.

Order dispatch is subject to availability of stock. GRIPTINITE™ is not responsible for damage to products in transit. The ownership of goods are transferred to the purchaser after dispatch from the warehouse.

I am missing a product

I have received a faulty item

Within 14 days of receiving your item, please get in contact with GRIPTINITE™ via email and provide photo evidence. Once this has been received we may elect for you to send it back to us and we will send a replacement.

You must return items in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them. If you don’t follow our item condition policy for returns, you may not receive a full refund.

Once we have decided to accept your return request, you need to send the item back promptly (within 5 business days), using tracked postage. Remember to add the tracking information to the return request.

The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
